You can use a store degreaser or use natural alternatives like baking soda. For the latter, you must boil the solution in water and let the steam clean the inside of the hood. Keep the fire burning for an hour. When you see that the fat begins to fail, remove the pot and put aluminum foil on the base of the stove. Do it carefully to avoid burns.

With a cloth or sponge clean the interior. You can prepare another solution of water with baking soda to loosen the fat that is very stuck. Finally, wipe with a damp cloth and a little vinegar to remove the rest of the grease and cleaning residue.
